You are really hanging your hat on "face-off dominance"?? Face-off's have not helped Express AT ALL against the big boys. If a team can't score as the result of the possession gained by winning a face-off, winning face-offs is inconsequential. Sorry faceoff-boy-dad. Still goes back to lack of talent.

While Taz is a really good team with very talented players (based on last years roster), their biggest issue is that that team constantly turns over, both players and coaches. They have had 3 head coaches in 4 years and practically turned over their entire team. If I'm not mistaken, they're are only 3 original kids on that team and one is the owners dad. So while they are very talented, this will eventually, if it hasn't already impact their success. It's not an opinion, it's a fact

They are one of the top teams in the nation at this grade. Yeah. Huge problems there! They have very little turnover of players. Barely any at all, since they started in 2nd grade, while your kid and most 2024's were still on the boob. While there was a coaching change last year, they have had nothing but top notch coaches. Based on their success, obviously coaching is not a problem either. Enjoy, while Taz kicks your little Billy's butt yet again this year. I'm sure you are use to it! Whoever wrote that post is so off base. Every kid came back this year. 100 percent. A few kids did not make team but 100 percent of last years players came back or did not make the team. 1 coaching change to have a coach who only coached one team so the team could have his full attention. Taz is the place to be

Stop blaming the coaches. We'll see what happens with this newly revamped team this year. Did Express get a midi from Taz? If so, that could help them.

At 11 y/o there is no such thing as top talent, I'll give you kids more developed or more interested in the sport but save the top talent talk for high school and college...btw it's nice to see botc back to its roots, love the overzealous pompous dads having pissing matches over who's kids team is better.

An A team should be practicing more than once a week. Maybe I heard wrong this year, but if a team wants to compete against other A teams you need to practice more than 1 time a week. THAT is coaching.

Igloo will shock you this year. I predict they beat Express and come closer to Taz then Taz expects.
If they don't they will later in the season. They have talent and they will practice a lot more than Express.

That is a bold statement, based on recent history. Sounds to me like it's the Igloo Koolaid talking. If your boys can beat Express this weekend, you may have a case.

Both teams have a lot of new players. Should be interesting and Igloo upgrade on coaching. Hopefully daddy assistant coach can sit in the background and let him coach.

Talk about HOME COOKING! The Legacy tourney committee schedules a B team to play the best team in the tourney which just happens to be their own Taz, even though there is an A team available to play. Gives Taz a nice comfy ride to the championship. Wow. How transparent. Legacy... think nobody would notice???

TB beat 24 (A) in the summer. Its actually more difficult

They are playing 3 B teams. They should go 3-0 and get the pleasure of playing Taz in the final

TB will be smoked by Taz, Express A. Lets see if they can even compete with Launch.

Taz is with Express, Igloo and 24's A teams.
