Just a little heads up on what you can expect tomorrow.
We'll be covering a wide array of skills and drills designed to improve overall athleticism and prevent injury.
Ii addition to a complete dynamic, neuromuscular warm-up there'll be plenty of fun drills to help develop:
reaction time, spatial awareness, coordination, systemic strength and more. We'll also talk a little about nutrition and hydration and go over the importance of being in a proper athletic position and using good sprinting and change of direction mechanics at all times.
So if you're thinking it's just going to be a bunch of kids running through countless agility ladder drills and some suicides, you're in for a big surprise!
