Besides looney's fogo any other top ones in 2020 age group??

Looneys fogo began to struggle last fall. Was not nearly as dominant. There are about 5 others who will be competitive with one another going forward.

To be fair Turtles in the summer entering 9th grade had two losses then many the following summer

Fogo is committed to BU

3 of those top FOGOs are Crush or former Crush players and committed, including the Leg kid.

Except they rarely played and they left right ? Be honest.

Doesn't matter now, they are all heading to great schools. Ironically the starter is now in 8th grade and uncommitted

oh is this a trick question asking about a 2020 aged fogo and then list the teams you did. How many should be 2019 and how many are now 2021

Good way to get the season started. Let's hope organizers put these teams against one another. . .lots of committed players playing against each other, so will be competitive but hopefully we can get away from the b******** and these kids can have some fun.

Crush and Edge battle it out for the title

What teams have beaten Edge in the past year? Didn't Sweetlax beat them last summer? Uh. . .yeah, they did. They are a great team for sure, but there is no title, and there are no bragging rights. Us 2020 parents have to realize. . .most of these kids are committed and playing with/against each other in college. The teams above, and Edge, are all top teams. . .check your head at the door. . .

So when a team wins the tournament there isn't a champion?? You don't make SENSE

Madlax 2020 should be on these lists.

I want some of what you are smoking. Even after the Episcopal holdbacks and other out of town kids they added, the Madlax 2020 team is still average per the Fall Results.

If you are adding teams it should be NXT 2020.

They have been the improving, not sure they are top 10 yet, need to beat the big boys first.

Madlax 2020 is a mid-level team. This age group is just too deep and competitive for them. They're playing the holdback game with the Episcopal players--but those players just aren't that good. Let me know when they beat an elite 2020 team.

Fall results are meaningless. We are getting stronger while you guys are getting weaker. You'll see this summer.

Which showcase for a 2020 if had to choose 1 or 2 : STX/3d Rising, Jake Reed/Nike, Brine Warrior or Underarmour? A lot of overlap in the dates and could use some guidance.

By Under Armour do u mean the NLF Elite 120 that should be a very good showcase june 23 at UA Headquarters.

Who is NXT and really they have zero business being anywhere near this "top 10"

So, who would you replace? Crush, Edge, Sweetlax, Crabs, FCA, Looney's. Those are probably the top teams with the top commits. Things will change, of course. Wish someone would put those teams together for a tourney. . .LI v. Baltimore v. Upstate v. Canada. Would be a great time couple of days.

Why isn't Hawks in any of this conversations. They are definitely top 10.

Never beat Sweetlax National, which is the team being referred to. And it was more like one time. Remember that in the fall some of the better players are playing football and do not attend fall tournaments as well. NXT is not a top team, but in the 10-20 mix.

I can't wait to hear about all the freshman who will play on the varsity this year.

If they are a Freshman in the MIAA - they most likely should be a Sophmore or a Jr.

Do the 2020 kids not age on Long Island? how about 14-15 year olds?

Ok here is something to discuss. The first commit last year was to Penn St from Team 89+2. The weekend of Feb 18-20 the 89+2 team played in the Philly NXT Indoor event when they realized they were going into the event short players they invited some kids from EDGE Canada to play (modified Box) with them at least 3 went down. I asked how the 89+2 kids were at Box and one of the parents(whose son has played nationally in Canada) told me the boy who committed first last year was the best "box" player he had ever seen. Now one year in arrears do you think the University has any regrets at all locking up such a diverse talent. In fact they probably lose sleep over the fact that a Notre Dame or an Ivy league school doesn't come knocking on his door.

It seems odd to many of us that you don't think that Freshmen playing Varsity would be interesting. It certainly took up a lot of posts last year and the Chaminade thread always laments their Freshman/JV policy.
