Take the Northern State Parkway West, to the Meadowbrook Parkway South (Exit 31A) or take the Southern State Parkway West to the Meadowbrook Parkway North (Exit 22N) ... Stay on the Meadowbrook Parkway until Exit M4 (sign reads "Hempstead" and "Coliseum"). From Exit M4 of the Meadowbrook Parkway you will be on Route 24 West (Hempstead Turnpike) ... Stay on 24W for about one mile ... Pass Nassau Coliseum ... Hofstra University is on both sides of Hempstead Turnpike ....

Long Island Express Boys Shooting Clinic

Tuesday, December 14th, 2010 at Coastal Sports

We will be offering SHOOTING CLINICS at Coastal Sports starting this Tuesday, December 14th. You will be taught the proper shooting techniques by the LI EXPRESS Directors and LI EXPRESS Alumni! We guarantee you will get many touches and you will be given homework assignments to improve your shooting technique. We promise if you follow our lead you will have the confidence to score many goals in your winter, spring and summer games!

Grades 5-8: 6pm - 7pm
Grades: 9-12: 7pm - 8pm
Fee: $75 per person
Limit to first 16 players
