LOL agree that MOST are aware, but SOME have no idea, no interest and are puppets of adults in community that pay the coach to run their "travel" team. why would they ever want to bring up the stronger, more skilled players that already play for A travel clubs that rate. There is no horizon for them with those younger players and their older "travel" team crumbles bc they younger ones would never consider that "travel" team coached by the hs coach as a viable option. It's just WEIrd
