If he has some geniuses he gives nothing to those kids because they can get more just academic, and if has some very rich kids he makes them pay full-frieght so daddy can brag that junior plays D1 lax. If a parent can pay for ING let's assume they can pay tuition. Simple math says you can make it work depending on how much they want the player.
