Never seen as many kids who played a lot as freshmen in college flipping to other programs. I am curious how is this possible without ramifications (losing a year of eligibility). Then I wonder, they aren't getting a full ride so why should a school hold you hostage if they aren't giving you a full ride?

What are the drawbacks? What are the rules? are the coaches just releasing the players?
