I love the shout out to Laxachusetts. We were discussing earlier how we just, don't, get it. Many Laxachusetts parents admit that as Bostonians, they play down. "It is just what we do here. Everyone does it". Where is the glory? The triumph? How do you applaud your child, while he is surely skilled, but playing kids younger? The parents cheered as their 13-15 year olds scored against 6th graders. And they did cheer loud and proud. It has taken some time.....but I still don't get it. Actually, it drives me a little nuts.... Please, I implore you....Do you have an answer Boston?
