I'll type slowly for you. Go here - www.sectionxi.org - and click on "brackets" at the top, then select Girls Lacrosse from the drop down menu. Division I shows how it will work if there are 13 playoff teams. If there are only 12 teams, as some posters have stated, there is no A13 team and A4 slides forward to the next round (getting the 4th bye). For those who still don't understand, wait a couple more days and it will all be set.


It really won't affect anything once the seeding is set except that the #13 team doesn't make the playoffs. It just takes them out of the equation. It saves the #4 seed from having to play/beat the #13 seed. The #4 will play the winner of the #5 v #12 game on Monday.
