You are obviously bitter because your so called "athletes " are not exactly athletes. Maybe your kids should train harder. It's just so sad how jealous you all sound, especially of the "yellow jackets" which by the way are the best players in the country. So don't hate.....TRAIN YOUR KIDS! You should focus more on your own kids and not spend so much time on this forum wishing your kid was an athlete. Best of luck!, [/quote

So says the ball hogs mom . Everyone knows this kid is building her stats against weaker teams ,scoring tons of points in games her team does not need her to do so. Teamates , parents, coaches from high school and her travel teams know that the kid is all about getting hers if it helps the team or not she does not care. On a semi positive note her parents are very upfront that they believe she is the best player in her age and are not shy about letting people know everything should go thru her in their minds, at least they are honest about it.

This poster hit right on the head! Parents get into the kids ear and the kid does what mommy and daddy say. Very selfish on this families part, the let me get mine mentality has spilled into our community that's why people don't care for you and what you are bringing to our high school "TEAM". It is my understanding that the sentiment has also rolled over to her YJ team as well, too good to attend all of the "YJ" tourneys "why waste my time". What happened stick it out until all of your "YJ" teammates get recruited. CR better tighten up her ship

We see it on our team, when one girl gets hot, the other travel girls start pressing and their parents start pacing! Nothing worse than losing and watching selfish play. If you are going to go down, go with good team chemistry and a nice parents sideline.
