Hot take but yjb could easily be better then yj a. Watching their game against FLG proved it. They don't have the greatest players but make it work, good coaching. Their zone was very good and they worked as a team. They seem to have the things that yj a doesn't have. Next year they could definitely be top 15 if they get a few more good players and keep up with the coaching.

Genuine question for some of the parents that have had older kids through the programs.
Does it make more sense to be one of the top player on a “B” team or to seek out an “A” team where they might not see much of the field? Some of these second teams have been doing very well and can argue with a few adjustments and the addition of a few stronger players they would be right there with the “A” teams.

To me its the St Anthonys boys dilemma. You want to be on a great team and never play meaningful minutes but have team bragging rights or be a key player and more help for a developing team to get over the top? My answer would be your daughter will have better memories and preparation for high school really playing versus watching and clapping from the sidelines. I'm sure all the college coaches lined up on the sidelines would say the same.
