Does anyone know if Skywalkers requires attendance at both tryout dates? Trying to work out a tryout schedule for a couple of teams.

No! If they like you they will offer before tryouts and you don’t have to attend any. SW knows who they want to poach before tryouts.
A lot depends on if you have practiced with them over the summer. If they don't know who you are, I would attend both to have any type of chance.
