What is needed is Goalie counselors. Look at the trainwreck that happened last year with heros white where the poor kid cracked under the pressure. it isn't going to be easier when the expectations are higher, competition is better and better goalies tryout for the position.
You all need to STOP referring to specific kids!!!! Especially if you are an adult! Very irresponsible and very wrong! Just stop!
