Moving to the area in the summer and looking at lacrosse programs. Will Heros Green take any new girls? Is it a waste of time to tryout? Parents said M and D not taking on new girls but will hold tryouts. SW taking new girls or keeping the same team? Just looking at options before paying for tryout fees.
Any club will take you if you are good enough. However, for those programs good enough may be mean being one of the top 100 2026 girls in the country. If you aren't playing on a top 15 club right now, I would not bother unless you are ok with B team.
Based on history of the top programs, SW takes the most new girls at this age level.
