its not a knock. that is the truth. you have to do the IL, UA or AS camps and tournaments to get on these lists. They do not go around and watch club tournaments to see the girls play. The UA senior game is selected from only girls who have played in the UA underclass games. You could be the best player in the country but if you do not play in the UA underclass games you are not getting on the watch list or even selected. Pay to Play.

It is not the truth. Players do not make the list because they pay money.

How many players from long Island try out for UA Underclass Teams every year? 150? 200? How many of the best players from Long Island do not tryout? Not many, i'm guessing single digits. How many of the best players do not get selected? Again, I'm guessing single digits. The vast majority of the best players in the country participate in the events that you mentioned. The Under Armour Underclass Tournament has always been the most competitive HS Tournament around and most of the top players from around the country have participated in it. Unfortunately, lacrosse (like most sports) requires a significant financial investment that said, simply paying to play does not get a player recognized.

Half of the girls on the top 20 list did not play in UA, they played AS. Three didn’t play UA or AS. Don’t see your point?
