Madlax gonna lose this lawsuit. The legal fees to fight a federal complaint will certainly stink. If they settle, payouts will also be crippling to a small business.

It would be amusing to see, but I have a hard time believing that ML has less cash reserves than Nationals in terms of legal fees.
In terms of the merits of the case, it is premature to say, I wonder what will be revealed in Discovery.
Nationals aren’t paying the attorneys unless they win. ML has to pay to defend, though insurance may cover it.
I detest Cabel more than the next guy but the race thing seems like a stretch.
