What does this even have to do with anything? ML could lose any of a handful of teams. And probably will at some point. It’s 6th grade.

Yep. Tryouts are rather competitive and it’s taken super seriously out west.

The idea that WCS arrived in Delaware in November with the 20 best 6th graders west of the Mississippi is ridiculous, but you all keep telling yourself that you did something special in beating them. No doubt a great team. Why not just leave it at that? Oh, right, because you're all little men trying to feel big through your children. For the best team in the country you all sure are obnoxious and insecure, but that is the Cab way.

*Most* ML parents are fine. The coach OTOH has a reputation that’s well deserved - he is all that folks say is.
