Your thinking is too simple. BC would love to have both middies and top players relish the opportunity to play with other elite players they don't shy away from competition. Teams also play with 4-6 middies. Heck, UNC had 3 #1 middies last year. BC also has plenty of talent in their 2022 and 2021 classes. Unless they have a specific niche need like goalie or lefty attacker they will get the best talent they can regardless of position.
While all you guys are laser focused on Strong Island, looks like a middie from Delaware just committed to BC. Also while you jokers are fighting about team rankings, it looks like her club team was ranked 31. Guess those rankings don't matter after all.
Ha... you are correct, the ranking do not matter at all. It has been said many times, there will be a lot of delusional parents getting a wake up call when they realize that the offers from the top 10 - 20 programs are not coming.
Or maybe they are coming and the girls are taking their time before making an all important decision? You will always see a couple girls from low ranking programs commit to great schools. But the top half of the rosters of YJ, TG, Jesters, and Legacy will all commit to big time schools. Give it a month.
The Top half? Do you really believe that there will be 50 plus girls from Long Island committing to “Big Time” schools? I guess you would have to define “big time”. My guess is more like half that number, maybe 20 - 25 to what most would define as Big Time.
