If you have access to that pipeline Ki suggest you start a staffing company focused on youth lacrosse coach placement (don't quit your day job in the meantime though).

If these Dads are coaching b/c they feel they can teach the game better than the available options, why do they need to run their own kid out there every chance they get? Take a look at some of the older teams and when those kids land on Varsity teams. There are some '22 and '23 Coaches who have promoted their kids for years and those kids are still buried deep on Varsity rosters. It's pretty simple, when you agree to Coach, you agree to Coach everyone and the kids that you think aren't even close to your son will leapfrog him because they are learning the value of hard work and what it means to earn their spot.
