You do realize that in the last 2 weeks 22's have committed to Penn St, Michigan and Stanford. I'd say worth the wait. Don't worry newbies for some it's quick for others it's not but it works out for everyone.
Also, camps are necessary. Quite often coaches will ask current commits to come to camp and group them with 23's they are interested in to see how they look playing with current commits.
