Sorry, your kids don’t get a special nod, or even a firm pat on the back come senior year because they’re “on age.” The hold backs from Kindergarten likely have an advantage, albeit one that narrows the older they get, and will likely have a better chance of playing at the next level after high school as a result of that advantage.
