Out of curiosity, what rule book would it be if it were not NCAA? Honestly I don’t really care, but the rules seem like something we should all be able to agree on. The entire mid Atlantic and all of college is on the same page and again it’s inevitable so why hold out?

I agree with you. It’s confusing for both the players and parents.
I guess it’s safe to assume that each tournament and each field is different. Obviously college is all standing neutral grip, what is happening at the HS level?

Tournaments this spring and summer especially ones south of LI will be probably be standing neutral grip.

In MD and DE, I haven't seen a knee down since the fall and even then it was 5/50. A couple kids tried it in early spring and were told to get up. HS is SNG. Don't know about other states, we haven't left MD/DE since last year. Hopefully that will end soon, kind of tired of playing the same teams over and over. LI Express came down and played early in the spring, good on them.
