Banned from all tournaments is perhaps a bit extreme. Everyone has a bad day. I would think Legacy program director or coach of 28's suspend him for the next tourney and suggest an apology letter that can be emailed as appropriate to relevant entities...ref, 91 kid, dad, team etc.,
