The point is, that a coach should not be recruiting out-of-state players and having them live with him. That doesn’t seem right. There are laws against that in college and it should not be different in high school. CH is not a boarding school. Because CH was so instrumental in ousting St. Francis from their schedule, you would think they would follow the rules. It is ridiculous. It doesn’t always come down to winning and losing. The lack of character is astonishing, just to get a “W”. I hope some of the really great players that sit the bench at CH get a clue and go to school that would like to have them; where they will play and make a difference.



If they can, they all do it now to some extent, and especially the MIAA teams around Balt.. The league is supposed to be for local players and students. The rules are crystal clear on what and what not is allowed. Recruiting out of state clearly not allowed. None of the coaches even pretend like they go by it now.

Character education at its best, as they say.

There is no rule about recruiting out of state. Not in the intent of the league but nothing in the rules.

Been going on in other sports for years..McD wrestling, GCS basketball to name a few.
