Now that is a good question. The best players on BLC/VLC/NL are taken. I doubt there are many kids from the B level teams like Cavalier that MadLax would want. Are players from teams like Looneys, Crabs, 91 going to try out for Monument?
If Looney's, Crabs and 91 are so good why would they not enter the WSYL
