I laugh that suddenly because someone is a Dad their credibility as a coach goes out the window. There are plenty of Dad's that are able to control their biases and in fact are likely harsher on their own child to avoid that perception and do have great experience, passion and have stayed in touch with the game and are not dinosaurs... Certainly some counter examples to this but sacrifices of coaching are large as is the bullseye on their backs. Thanks coaches.
