No parent from a 26 wants their boy to lose to a 27. That’s a fact. And this tournament director seems to agree to this strategy even if it is not a MLT event. Machine gets to play up and the 26 team can relax when they go 2-1.
This is true. From what I heard the 2026 B teams were pissed off about paying 1500 to enter their team and then get beat up by 2027 machine team. If your a 2026 B team it’s not great for morale to get beaten by a 2027 team
