If they are laughing it is only because the only other option for them is to CRY. The system is broken. The AD doesnt care and until people are hired for coaching postions because they are the best candidate and not employees of the district this will continue. The coaching in girls high school lacrosse is terrible, most parents feel if these were club teams they would switch teams, but we are stuck with these teams and these coaches.
Same nonsense in Girls HS Soccer. Wasteful practice sessions on "conditioning" where they should be working on game strategy, positioning/spacing and the game of possession.
