Even worse when there are no consequences by coaches for those who completely ignore them. No team chemistry is what occurs when there is no passing. Is that what you want coaches?? My daughter is a junior and has accepted that year after year nothing changes with the chosen few who play the whole game. Coaches yell and the girls smirk at each other and dismiss them because they know they won't be pulled off the field . A disgrace to the girls who work hard and pass the ball. Try to teach a little integrity and humiliation to them! Try going over a tape against the team younare facing instead of nonsense conditioning! Play your hungry players who PASS the ball and sit the chargers or put them on defense! Make a difference this year with the new talent and watch what happens. I have been around long enough to see from an official point of view you have some young smart players-now use them! Good luck Generals, from an old guy who hopes things will finally get better.
