This discussion is getting old. Who knows when the Hoco divisions will be announced, and who is likely to be in Elite? I have heard that every year one team from Elite moves down and one AAA moves up. If so, it would be an easy call to say Diamondbacks are out and NextLevel (2019 AAA champ) is in. Is that how it works or is more movement possible?
