It is obvious that this system of one or two girls doing all the scoring for the team does not work, look at the top 10 teams only one listed has a girl on the leading scorer board. I blame the coaches for this, there are plenty of talented players that can be utilized/ included in the scoring if only plays were set up and the proper time was taken to practice them. It is just easier for these coaches to just sit back and let their leading girl run wild. Another problem with this is unlike club ball you can not switch teams if you are unhappy so you have to suck it up and live with it.
One of the reasons you want to get out of intramurals and get to school ball is to get away from coaches that let a few kids dominate. You hope that the school coach does a better job of working more kids into the offense. Club ball doesnt help this either, everybody is looking out for their own stats these days
