That's absolutely what they said last year. That that was their philosophy and part of what made them different from other clubs. That they concentrate on 1 team per grade.
Better yet it still says it on their website in their description under about us.

They are not even thorough enough to check over their website for contradictions when they turn face on what they promised.

So they are adding a few 2nd teams. My guess is that these formed groups coming from another club. Why turn down the revenue. Businesses are allowed to change and react to market conditions. Team creation at some point has to be a zero sum gain. Meaning the new teams here are a loss there. Wherever there is? But there is going to be left trying to sell a really bad to parents.
