Proposed settlement agreement files with court
Trail date set for 10/3/19. I sure they will settle before then.
There is already a judgement for the breach of contract in the amount of $1,224,488.68. The trial date would be for remaining claims and counter claims associated with the case. But the meat of the issue has been decided.
