You're a dolt. In championship tournaments there is not guaranteed playing time. The teams will do what they can to try to win. All teams have different level of talent from top to bottom. Once in high school most the tournaments are showcases and thus every girl should play at least half the game. Saying a player shouldn't be on the team because the coach doesn't play them in a championship tournament is silly. If the parent feels they would be better off somewhere they would play more they should move them. The clubs like M&D expect their coaches to try to win championships when they can.
