Can you explain why? Honest question, why do you think possession is not as important now because of shot clock?


Just my opinion... Teams are now forced to take a shot therefore It is much tougher to stall. Every team will have more possessions and more opportunities to get back in a game if they are behind. FOGO still important just not as much as it was. look at the Penn State vs Yale game, Yale won 25 of 31 FO's and was up 13 - 8 in the Q 4... final score 14 - 13 Yale.
