It really depend on what position she will play-playing time and exposure . If she is not a top player and watches others showcased then find a club that she shows well. The college coaches don't care about team wins-that is for the silly parents.
Last time I checked college coaches aren't scouting 6th graders. AND everyone cares about wins and losses..
