I gather if this year's Express Orange 2016 had won a bunch of tournaments and were considered the team to beat in the grade, there would be no reason for the Express to mess with a good thing and the 2016 Cudas would have had to find another home with fl$ or wherever...Although the trend is early, the Cudas and Turtles seemingly came into younger grades where the Express was not very competitive. You will probably not see wholesale shakeups like this happen in the grades above where the Express Orange 2013-2015 teams are already extremely strong and well established.
Agreed...the Express is doing what any good business would do...fixing its weaknesses.
