I think only in very rare circumstances for an elite recruit would the SAT/ACT be waived. The norm is commit, take the tests, go thorugh admissions (with coaching staff support) and be accepted. Some may get into a "reach" school but I highly doubt an Ivy is accepting a "C" student with poor or no SAT scores unless he fits some other demographic. Plenty of smart quality lax players out there, no need to dumb it down.

I am curious if an IVY or Better D1 school who a 2015 kid verbally commits to and does not do well on their SAT will accept that school them? Are their any actual cases out there with experiences like this or similar? Please respond. Thanks.
