Hold-backs are part of the game . Hockey took care of the problem by making you play your birth year which levels the playing field. However Club lacrosse is big business so don't look for them to change system. Ultimately, if you are good they will find you, even if its in 10th, 11th, or 12th grade . Most importantly keep your kids loving the game.
