The guy can yell with the best of them. But my personal observations are that , through all that yelling is a man that cares about these boys and he will fight for those boys come crunch time. I can’t say that about D as evidenced by the way he treats most people.


Very true its all about D's ego . His is good at marketing his product so HE could reap the benefits,


I think the big guy's yelling causes players to be timid, afraid to make a mistake. Kids should be playing with confidence and that's not the environment he creates. I've heard him yell more than once when he was wrong. Just counter productive.



How are kids expected to play well when they have to worry about being screamed at or demeaned if they make a mistake? Its just wrong. I've seen it at all levels and friends, its absolutely counter productive and coaches needed to be called out for it.
