Express and 91 parents are completely insane for not playing in the Igloo event. While your out east playing for club pride, there will be 25 college coaches watching other teams at Cantiague park. Nothing will ever compare to this on LI.

No college coaches will be watching 2022s, period.

College coaches are actually helping with coaching the teams. They will be watching


Why bother with this until at least next fall. Unless your son wants to have some fun, then all good, that’s the value. But it’s not a recruiting event for the 2022s imho. The best players don’t need exposure now and the ones that think they do won’t be remembered as they are “watched”. Worry about the summer of 2020.

The unique instructional camp structure allows the kids and coaches to build a rapport, which is invaluable during the recruiting process. You would have to attend 20 on campus camps to duplicate the experience. The business interests of Express,91, and the NLF are the only things keeping kids away from an event like this.

The coaches show up strictly in the interest of business and it has nothing to do with recruiting. Igloo pays these coaches well to show face.
