So Top Guns gave Empire and Jesters an easier path then their own team because the directors said "Please". Got it.
Money talks....SS rather approve the request and get the fee then pissss off a program and lose them down the road. Both those programs have teams entered in a few ages.... $$$ talks. So yes I do think they will accomodate requests
