That is hard to believe. If true about holding son back for lacrosse, it says a lot about Lacrosse and where it is heading with the supposed top club teams or frankly any teams . All across 8th grade and below, lacrosse is a minefield with holdbacks, future holdbacks, guest players , just plain cheaters, etc, etc... I see no hope in sight as there is no real governing agency in lacrosse. USL is a joke. (They are good at putting out a PC correct magazine tho) . Expect the same BS and everything that is wrong to continue with lacrosse. Soccer had many of same issues years ago. Their governing body took years to clean up, but now its about as good as you can get with players at top level. All have id cards and must be on age.
