Youth football is age based, NOT grade based. If a player cannot make weight within his AGE, he can play up one year, but no more. In other words, your analogy sucks balls!


Suffolk is age based only. You have to submit an affidavit and a picture of the child. US Lacrosse offeres age verification for free for all members. You send in a birth certificate, they verify the age and add that to the USL number. It could be done.
