I think there is little debate that Hawks are the best team in this grade. Are they the best at recruiting talented players or is the coaching that good?
You take the best kids from the NPYLL championship winning Cannons and add them to a pretty good Hawks team and you get a really great team. Then add a couple kids reclassing from Crabs 2021 and you get an even better team.
So recruiting played a big part.
