Is it normal for Express North to have 1 coach per team?
An effective coaching staff is 2+. Any less and one group (offense or defense) is getting short changed.
I once saw a single coach run practice for two teams. Money grab of the highest level.
Hard to judge by fall lacrosse how many coaches there actually are. Just as many of the players have other fall sports or commitments coaches many also.
Maybe they should hire coaches that don't have other commitments. That's what my company does.
