BLC is not NOVA. But yes, Madlax by process of elimination: Cavalier - no VLC - no 3d - 2022 team disbanded Evergreen - not even close Battle lax - you have got to be kidding me Etc
Evergreen and all other 2022 teams in NoVA are glorified rec teams which is why they play the weak competition in HOCO and the weak summer tournaments.
BTW, the last time BLC 2022 and Madlax played an actual Spring HOCO game, Madlax won. Both are good teams and the talent and skill level isn't even comparable to the other 2022 clubs in the DC area.
