Remember everyone it's a business. Figure out which business model is best for your son and family and stop bashing the rest. Any good coach is going to have other commitments. Make sure you like the assistant coaches as well. They work as a team, just as the kids work as a team. They all need to gel together. I prefer to use message boards form helpful information, not reading about bashing coaches, parents and worst of all kids!
