Really? Look at 2022 smash team How many of those kids, who were beating teams 1 and 2 years up as grade school kids are even starters on any team as 8th graders. Puberty, it's a great equalizer
Puberty isn't going to help the kids on these teams that can't catch or throw. It's not going to help them pick up a ground ball. Kids still need lacrosse skills. That's not to say they can't be developed but to think puberty will be the great "equalizer" is wrong. They will just be bigger and still can't catch or throw.
