Unreal, a month of tryouts! I noticed last year they continue to fill out their roster into the spring.
What's wrong with a few tryouts. Gives a chance for kids that didn't play well in a tryout to come back and have another chance. You don't always have to find something negative.
Nothing is wrong with a few tryouts. Since you draw large number of talent, why can't the tryouts be cut down to a week (2 tryouts) to fill rosters ?
